General Model Guideline

• We are currently not accepting any Trade shoots (Tfp/Tfcd's) at the moment. However, there are other ways to work with us as listed below.
  
  
  • Hire Us!
    
    
  • Test Shoot Models: On an extremely selective basis only. Eventually leading to the other 3 categories below.
    
    
  • Work For Hire Models: Freelance Models based off of our database for clients to hire for their projects.
    
    
  • Magazine Tear Sheets: Ads & Publications for Chilled Magazine.
    
    
  • Art Print Models: Original FrizzyCube Prints for Sale & Gallery Display. Models will be comissioned based on percentage of sales.
    
    
• Requirements of Models vary on specific needs of the Clients, Photographer, and projects. Don't be afraid to apply!
  
  
• All Models will be required to fill out the Model Submission Form.
  
  Even if you are completely new to modeling and have no professional photos... please make sure to upload clear pictures of your face and full figure to sites like Flickr.com or Carbonmade.com and send us the link through our Model Submission Form.
  
  
• All Models will be screen tested for professionalism & reliability. Read about our "No Flake Policy".
  
  
• Bringing escorts to the shoot will be limited to 1 person per model if and only the escort proves to be "not" too distracting. Please leave your significant other (angry bf's or gf's) who have jealously issues.
  
  The escort must either wait outside or add some valuable help to the photoshoot. (Make-up, Hair, Assistance, etc.)
  
  
• All models will recieve a limited amount of Low-Rez edited photos (1 or 2 images or however we see fit) to add to their portfolio, unless negotiated otherwise.
  
  Unlike our clients however, you will not be recieving all the Unedited photos on a CD/DVD.
  
  RAW files under any circumstances will not be given either. Please be advised.
  
  Also note that the turn around time in getting these edited photos will have the Work For Hire Clients set in priority "first". Please be patient.
  
  
• FrizzyCube Photography and/ortheir respective clients will retain ownership/copyrights of the photos unless negotiated otherwise with their respective owners.
  
  Selling prints, using for commercial use is not permitted by the Models unless negotiated otherwise.
  
  However, non-commercial use, and use for the Model's portfolios are granted. Unless there is a release date limit. (i.e. waiting for Magazine to be published first)
  
  FrizzyCube Photography also retains the rights to add the models photos to his portfolio & promotional use.
  
  

No Flake Policy

As professionals, we take our business very seriously, so we only ask you to do the same regardless of what kind of shoot it is.

Our clients often ask us to hire specific models that we know we can rely on.

Test shoot models will be screened & tested for quality assurance and reliability as they eventually become eligible to work for our hired gigs.

That being said...

Hired Models will be subjected to giving us an advanced 3 days notice on cancellation for 2 times only.

Limited Test Shoot Models will be subjected to giving us an advanced 1 week notice on cancellation / rescheduling for 1 time only.

Any Model that break these rules, and would like to work with us in the future will be treated in the same respect as Clients in making a "deposit".

It is only fair to us and the others who spend their time and money for a session.

*Deposits will be non-refundable in this case, unless of course you show up which then your deposits will be fully refunded.

• All Potential Staff members will be screen tested for Quality, Professionalism & Reliability for future "Work For Hire" projects. Read about our "No Flake Policy".
  
  
• All future staff members will be required to fill out the Staff Submission Form.
  
  
  
• Bringing escorts to the shoot will not be permitted unless they are your assistants for a team based project.
  
  
• Most Staff members will recieve a limited amount of Low-Rez edited photos (1 or 2 images or however we see fit) to add to their portfolio, unless negotiated otherwise.
