Payment Guidelines & Policy:

  • Payment Methods currently accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order.

  • All clients are subjected to put down a 50% Deposit at least a week in advance prior to the scheduled shoot date.

    *Please note that this is a preventitive method for sudden cancellations & re-scheduling without proper notice. It is only fair to us & our staff members dedicated to providing you a service to be there.

  • The rest of the 50% of the payment will be collected at the end of the scheduled shoot date and counted as the "Final payment".

  • If a client requests to reschedule, this must be done at least 2 days in advance prior to the scheduled shoot date.

    Further more, rescheduling will be permitted only "Once", Otherwise an additional 25% surcharge may apply. Please be advised.

  • All Deposits & Additional Surcharges are Non-Refundable.

  • Travel Expenses will be provided by the client as "Seperate" from the actual payment.

  • Clients must not discuss payment matters to the Photographer himself but only to the Manager. No question asked.

  • Scheduling a Emergency Photoshoot & an immediate Editing Turn-Around Time will be considered "Extra". Clients will be subjected to paying extra in advance.


Photo Shoot Guidelines & Policy:

  • Prior to the scheduled shoot date clients are required to go over & discuss the content & the ideas of the shoot with the Photographer himself. This includes image consulting on the makeup, hair, wardrobe, etc.

  • If you're running late during the day of the shoot, please be curtious in letting the Photographer or Manager know.


Photo Selection Guidelines & Policy:

  • All Photo Shoot Packages will include a CD/DVD of all the Unedted Hi-Rez photos for you to take home & review.

  • If a client wants to choose from the given CD/DVD, the client will be required to choose a number of selected photos and notify us via Email within "5 business days". Any later will result being set back behind the other clients who are waiting in line.

    If the client does not select the photos after 45 days, the included basic photo retouches & editing will be null & void.

    However, there's always the option of leaving it up to us. (which most clients do.)

  • Each Photo Shoot Package will include a limited amount of Basic Photo Retouching & Editing. Any more than that will be subjected to additional charge.

    *Most Packages do not include Photo Manipulation unless noted otherwise.

  • All final edited photos will be sent to you via FTP/Email.

  • Although we do keep back ups of the clients photos, FrizzyCube photography is in no way obligated to recover the photos after a 1 year time span. Anything after that will be charged a minimal of $50 data retrieval. Please be advised.
